Christopher Ward customer service was excellent, far exceeding what anyone could expect, even of a luxury brand. Due to my error, the online order wasn't submitted. CH turned my order round within 24hrs and Sent the watch by DHL at no charge to me. The watch when it arrived was beautiful, my husband is very happy with it.
