Ordering and purchase was very easy and flawless. Delivery tracking was fantastic and delivery was very quick considering the distance the watch travelled. Time piece was packaged very well, protecting inner box & watch very well. The watch itself - magnificent. Much more beautiful than any photos that can be seen (I chose the purple dial, very vibrant, very unique). Both form and function are right on. Have only had the watch for less than 36 hours, but so far it hasn't "missed a beat." Built very well, solid, but not heavy like others of this caliber (no pun intended). Winds very smoothly. Very impressed...but then again Chr. Ward has a good reputation from what I've read.
