The customer service at Christopher Ward is phenomenal. I ordered a Malvern Slimline watch when it went on sale and received a strap that was too big for my wrist. I contacted Wera, and asked if it was at all possible to be sent an extra small strap. Without hesitation, Wera sent me a new strap, with express shipping, no questions asked and told me to keep the other one as well. The customer service is the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The watch itself is also fantastic as well, I can't wait to wear it once the new strap is delivered. All in all, a great experience and would love to make another purchase from Christopher Ward.
