There is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the money, I discovered! Customer service ignored my legitimate concern and did not follow up with me after I made a request and exchanged a few emails. My entire financial holding, including the account, would have been gone, and I would have been deeply in debt, had S I M O N C H not stepped in.
They saved me and returned every penny I had.
