Ordered an Advent Calendar on 1st December but still have not received it, (17th December). Hermes seems to have lost it. In fairness to Ciate yhey were good and did despatch a replacement but Hermes seems to have lost this one as well.
So can't review the product since I have not recived it, just wish Ciate would use an alternative carrier
