Initially it would appear good service but!!! On the 18th Sept I ordered some nail varnish, the next day I realised that Ithad The wrong delivery address & immediately contacted Ciate, they informed me that it had already been dispatched & nothing could done. I contacted the couriers & they informed me that a change of address is possible provided Ciate contacted them. Again informed Ciate of this & a change of address was made. I checked with the couriers to find out the revised delivery date, they told me that the package had been returned, at Ciate's request. It is now nearly 3 weeks since the order was originally made & I have not received my order
