First of all, get my name right. I have a double Harrell surname, I am sick of people (usually companies) dropping the second part of it and addressing me incorrectly. Secondly, delivery time was awful, it took over a week to be dispatched and then another week until it arrived and was falsely signed for. It was delivered to my business address which is closed on a Saturday yet I received an email on the Saturday saying it had been signed for and delivered (it hadn't, it turned up on Monday). Finally the actual product is nowhere near as glittery as the adverts made out and 2 of them do not flip at all which means only 3 out of 5 work and poorly at that.
