I dropped a pool cover for replacement in June. After many (more than 5) phone calls in September to inquire about the status order, the company was unable to provide an answer or even call back. Finally, 4 months after starting the process, they informed me that the process has not even started because they were unable to contact the manufacturer. I was never notified nor called during that entire time, nor was I able despite numerous attends to talk to the Sales Rep, who presumably could not be reached while on the field. Don't laugh, all of this is true. The only option they offer was to start the process all over again. I don't recall being left in the dark, or being mistreated by a business like this before. Unacceptable.
