We lost mum in 2013, there was a cassette stuck in a camcorder when we took it out it was chewed up and snapped, dad has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and we were desperate to get this converted so we could all watch it again, it was nothing exciting but nevertheless precious memories, Magic Memories received the cassette tuesday and sent me the finished files today(thursday) we are so very grateful for their excellent service and the fast turnaround given that it was time sensitive. I am so pleased with the results and forever grateful.
