I needed to repair an old mini-dv tape that had been mangled and subsequently snapped in the cartridge. I was able to send the damaged tape to Magic Conversions who were able to produce a digital version for me to download, minus the small damaged section. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I was kept up to date via email during the whole process. Final costs were exactly as advertised. Very satisfied, and precious memories preserved!
