Excellent service. Quick and helpful replies to my queries before placing my order to produce avi files on a memory stick that I could edit on Adobe Premiere Elements from DV tape cassettes. I sent six DV tapes that were about 15 years old and would not play through my Canon camcorder onto my PC.
