The 9.5mm. film which I sent was in deplorable condition and was an unfair test. However, I am so impressed that I shall definitely be sending a 16mm film for conversion to a DVD within a few days and am sure I am going to be delighted with the result. I was kept notified of progress and was very happy indeed with the length of time from sending the original 9.5mm (which turned out not to be the film which I thought it was!)
