Staff were very helpful in explaining the best options for transferring my video tapes. They kept me updated on progress and when they would be posting the original and my new family movies back to me - which arrived very quickly and carefully packed.
I am delighted with the quality of the new video clips and could not have wished for anything better.
Excellent service and video quality which I can now edit on my PC!
