I'm not very computer literate and liked the fact that I could live chat to Magic Memories about my cine film. When it turned out that I had misunderstood something, they were very helpful and sympathetic. For that I especially thank them. It was wonderful to see the contents of the film, short though it was, and so although it's not cheap, it's something that is absolutely unique and I am delighted that I and my family now have it forever.
