Yet again, For the second week I try to book a film in Braintree and no wheelchair spaces at the back in any screens, tried last week and it was the same. Obviously they are broken but why so long to get them fixed. always so long, try using a different company for them. I pay extra each month to use Braintree Cinema for the spaces at the back as in a wheelchair and can not sit close at the front. I think you need to refund every wheelchair user when this happens. But to add they have stopped customer service telephone service. Time to cancel and not bother with the hassle. Have gone down so much.
