I've grown numerous mushroom kits from Circular Harvest. Every experience has been so fun and delicious! I recently grew the Lions Mane and pan fried it dry then added fresh garlic and olive oil. The texture and taste was like eating crab meat. I am continually impressed by Circular Harvest's customer service and what they stand for. Their website also has so much information to learn from. Great job guys!
