We recently tried Circular Harvest's Fungi Soup. Amazing! The texture was beautiful, the gourmet oyster mushrooms were plentiful, the taste - delicious! Would highly recommend this product. Very easy to prepare, just warm up in a pot and voila, dinner is served. Can't wait to try their Lions Mane crab cakes and their gourmet mushroom pulled pork meals. Rick and Justin
