The staff at Circular Harvest are all about customer satisfaction and backing up their product. Growing food isn't a guarantee, there are far too many extenuating factors that can affect the environment in which they are trying to grow. So when you purchase a mushroom kit that doesn't produce fungi, they replace your kit without question. I would definitely purchase from Circular Harvest again.
