I was introduced to 'City Health Foods' by an age-old ex-friend of mine, 'Hiram', around two decades ago. Over the years I have tried other suppliers but I kept on coming back to 'City Health Foods', and there is good reason for that. The quality of goods are decent, and it certainly is something close to home to be proud of. I can't say that the supplements are at the best price available when considering the worldwide internet marketplace available, but I am confident that the staff within are well on their way in ensuring that with the proper liaison. However, the product(s) of choice that I adore most and are almost unparalleled pertains to its protein powder range(s). I have found some comparable competitors for the protein range, but I am confident that City Health Foods is determined to keep its prices low and affordable. The amino acid profile in its budget protein range is not the best in the world, but it comes pretty close to it. But nothing can compare to the range of flavours and types of protein available, in its budget range. Having approached 'middle aged' and being disabled these days, what I find great is that I am able to afford the products despite being on a very limited pension allowance. As you can imagine, I certainly have time to spare to look for alternative products from competitors. The vegan protein range might not be so great, but that's ok because the Whey and Casein protein powders actually flocculate into a rich cream full of volume in a shake, and many other competitor's protein ranges don't, especially the vegan range. I don't mind purchasing milk-derived proteins if it's from City Health Foods, and I gladly break veganism for the sake of my health. Of note, I am a biohacker and I have ideas of at least thirty other peer-reviewed supplements that are guaranteed to work for longevity improvement - if a staff member reads this review then don't hesitate to get back to me for suggestions of what to get and what Chinese suppliers. What I am confident about is that the staff at City Health Foods only approves products of very high quality, and they certainly test everything they supply.
