Totally unprofessional I booked a taxi Friday night when I finished work I got the message it w en route and the call back to say it had arrived but no one came I rang up and I was informed the driver turned the job down they did send another one but it was nearly 10 o clock when I arrived home. This morning I phoned them at 5.15 so I could get a taxi to work for 7 o clock still hadn't turned up at 7.30 my next door neighbour gave me a lift to work all in all they're garbage
