Ordered a taxi driver rang me to say he couldn’t get to me and said he’d contact control to send another car 5 minutes later I get a text saying I’d been charged £3 cos driver had waited and I didn’t appear !
The driver was on the wrong road when I phoned up to see what was happening the telephone person was rude and unpleasant!
