Terrible terrible service. I booked a 6 seater 2 weeks ago via the app. Didn’t turn up. When rang was told by a very rude lady that booking on the app makes no difference. Why have it then!!!! Eventually turned up making us late to a family event. Had booked with them a return journey. Rang 30 mins before pick up to enquire that was still active. Was assured it was. Didn’t turn up. Rang again to be once again greeted by a rude lady who said she had no cars in the area!!! Turned up an hour late which resulted in me and my family standing in the rain. Paid cash for both journeys but have been charged to my card. Never again. Disgusting customer service
