Pity the minimum is 1 star! Don't buy! Ordered goods for my car on 18/04/22 - status was 'Processing' until my first email via their website chasing the order 27/04/22. Despatch 27/04/22 with no tracking information? so does this mean they read but don't reply? Used their website again to request tracking information - not answered. 04/05/22 still no tracking information, so raised a case with Paypal. 04/05/22 had an email from them stating order was subsequently cancelled as a result of raising a case with Paypal?? This seller appears not to want to communicate at all to resolve the issue. No other communication sellers end. My request for refund has not been answered. Some kind of deception or lack of transparency is going on here. Why cant the seller just be honest?
