Never received the item I order. Brought the item off the eBay store and waited until past the expected delivery date until getting in contact. They blamed the postal strikes for the delay, after a month of waiting I requested a new speaker upgrade kit to be shipped out or to receive a refund. Now after another two weeks of waiting for the replacement which they agreed to do I still have nothing. This was the end of my original review but A day later after posting this I received a parcel containing a pair of plastic yellow sunglasse! And a confirmation email stating that the speaker kit I had ordered had been delivered! This is clearly a scam to show that the parcel had been delivered! I’m now looking to take further action through eBay and companies house.
