They should re evaluate their delivery time frame. And they should change the description in their website. Its like they are fooling the customers.I ordered a watch a gift to my nephew. I did order more than a week before his birthday just in case there are any delays. But since the time frame of their delivery is 2-4 days especially within new zealand. I was confident that my order will be delivered at that given time frame or maybe plus more than a day or two. But voila! A week had passed and I havent received any tracking number from them. I tried to message them from their website to inquire the status but they didnt respond. So I tried to email them using the old message they sent me after my order. Yeah they gave me the tracking number and guess what they havent shipped my order..and what also puzzled me is my order comes from singapore which I thought the watch is within the store inside new zealand. I dont have any issue if my order comes from outside or the delivery is late but they should be truthful wheb putting description in their website. And yeah I am still waiting as of this moment for my order to arrive. And 9 days had passed.
