received my watch very impressed with the level of service. At first I was worried due to reading some of the other comments left but seriously there is no need to panic. I will definitely be returning to city Watches for further Watches.
I also would like to comment how quickly they respond to inquiries made, I had a response merely 4 hrs later with a royal mail tracking number
