I’m trying to write a balanced review but it’s difficult. The product purchased should have given me access to MS office on a Mac. Despite three attempts the license kept getting revoked or restrictions put on it by the administrators of the license. Things like the admin have restricted the use of the account on a Mac or your login credentials are incorrect meaning that someone has changed them after I successfully first logged in. CHS did try to resolve the problem but I felt that when you raise a ticket with them they try to fob you off initially but then if you push them a bit harder you get some action. After three frustrating attempts to finally get an MS office 365 account that works for more than a few days or weeks I gave up and decided to use WPS office which I can get for free and does what I want. I would have bought MS office in full but it’s too expensive for the odd occasion I need it.
