To be honest, it was a confusing. I paid the fee, and the sent me a link. I clicked the link but still did not know where the key was. Maybe that was just me, but I couldn't find it. So I went to the customer service to ask for help and find out where the key was. It listed the key in the subject matter to notate the purchase involved. I noticed it wrote it down and tried it. It worked and worked well. But I still don't know the entire process on how the keys are supposed to be delivered. I sort of found mine by accident. No harm no foul. Next time, I will still use CJS CD Keys, but I will try to pay a little more attention to the process or maybe they could make the process a little simpler.
