The service isn’t great! I must have sent numerous emails before someone actually reply’s with what I’m asking.
You just seem to fob me off with a generic email that’s absolutely no help what so ever.
I purchase a lifetime word doc and twice now you have cancelled it or something and it’s stopped working and Iv spent ages back and forth and wasted days trying to get it sorted. I’m trying to study so it’s extremely unhelpful.
