They do deliver, but I had loads of complications and hurdles to go through. Took over a week. I got one of my keys fine but for the second one the website bugged and I couldnt retrieve the key. After contactimg the support (who were helpful) they refunded me the money for that key as credit to my account (although not enough, so I had to pay a little on top to get my second key)
I'd say a good website if you can't find the key anywhere else, with good support. But if you want a key fast or the easy way there is better ways.
