Ordered a key for RDR2 on PC. It didn't work so I submitted a ticket saying I would like another code. I also said that if I didn't get a prompt reply I would buy the code from another place, which I did 2 hours later. I left another message stating I would like a refund. A day and a half later a support rep responded saying it looked like my issue was resolved without discussing my refund. I said it wasn't but haven't heard anything since. I was reluctant to leave this review, since I have had positive experiences with them in the past, but this is a poor experience.
