My MS365 account stopped working and has taken nearly THREE weeks to try and sort. Customer service is very slow and unresponsive for days. I’ve been provided a new account but all my files and notebooks are irrecoverable if I just switch to the new account. Also the new account is not one where I have admin rights so if this happens again I could lose new files and notebooks again! I’ve asked for either the original account to be sorted or a new account with admin rights but not heard anything back yet…
