I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 account which is advertised as "Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES - PC and Mac". I dont have access to any of the office products within 12 months of purchase. The response from the customer care after a week since lodging a complain was very disappointing: "I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months." Beware that the license is not for a lifetime. It is only valid for 6 months! It would have been nice if it is mentioned that the product key will only be valid for 6 months :(
