I really wanted to be able to right a good review. I bought 5 sims Cd keys and 4 worked. 5th one didn’t, wasn’t in any rush so I just followed the report key function. I have now been emailing back and forth for over 2 weeks. I provided screenshots which were requested and was told it would be rectified. Then I got an email telling me I had to log in to sims online to register the game. The key is 4 digits too short but hey, I had a go. I emailed bad the proof, including a video, that the code was not working and requested a refund (after initially asking for a new key) as I was fed up by then. Only to receive an email today with the first email reply requesting the screenshots! I am going around in circles and getting a bit fed up now. They take a couple of days to respond also, which is a pain.
