Extremely poor support after something going wrong with the key. Bad site design and confusing offerings sometimes. Waiting for 3 days as of now on resolving a key not working. Overall much improvement needed but so far every key worked. It's just the extra hassle of opening a support ticket and then "ghosted" for days is really not good. I already paid for the key so why isn't it working instantly like on other sites I use idk.
