I’m another customer that ordered EA FC24 Ultimate Edition, and nearly 36 hours after release have not received a key as promised. Customer support is very poor. I’ve been promised the key by the end of the day, within 24 hours, and now the site has some nonsense statement about being available between 2 and 12 hours.
Following this experience I’ll not use them again.
