Purchased the 12 month game pass ultimate on Friday evening, didn’t get the key until
Sunday morning as it was on back order despite being advertised as available for immediate use.
Also, this is 4 x 3 month subscriptions so I will need to keep going back and redeeming a code - this was also not made clear.
On the plus side the customer service was good with a fast reply, just not with good news!
