Apparently I purchased my key as a gift to the EU which I did not, or at least I didn't mean to. I tried to get a refund so that I could buy the right item but I got the run around. This person said I need to talk to that person. That person said I need to talk to this other person. You know what...they can keep the $11 and I'll just buy it from steam but I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't waste their money here
