Customer service is horrendous, they only answer your queries days later with bot responses. They don't do refunds - I asked for a refund 4 times consecutively and they just kept replying with "you will have your key soon". Prices are cheap to lure you in but they didn't even have the key at the point of purchase. Honestly, buy for slightly more from elsewhere
