Been waiting around 14 days for a refund or a new key for EA sports fc 24. Customer service have been no help in trying to resolve this. 1 thing they are good at, is asking for the same proof over and over again, leading me in circles. I dont think the issue will ever be solved. I do not recommend buying a product from them.
