As a 76 year old born just after WW2, IT is not a natural sympathy with my approach to life....BUT I try and cope as much as possible. So updating PC following a catastrophic shut down was a challenge. In upgrading an OS and the essential MS office, I was impressed with the online help from CJS. . Their Website is the only let-down as its undesigned,cluttered and( I use this in a pejorative sense) a bit IT.
However the rapid answers from the customer response team more than made up for that.
