I paid for a Steam key of Football Manager 24, but they sent a key I can only redeem on the FM website. I've been waiting over 8 hours for a response to my ticket being created with customer support, and I'm disgusted with this poor excuse for customer support. This could have been rectified immediately, but instead I've waited all day to hear absolutely nothing.
