I purchased two CD keys from this site, both of which were clearly stated to be in-stock on their store pages. One was perfectly fine, but the other, after purchasing, was not available for download (the key was listed as 'pending fulfilment', then as 'not in stock', then 'in backorder'). The customer service team informed me that the key was not, in fact, currently in stock, and said they would notify me when it was available. It has been about a month since then, and I still do not have my key - and I was a bit annoyed when one of the responses said that the key being unavailable was listed on the product page (it was not - in fact, it said that there were 10+ available). It may be that this was simply an unfortunate incident, and that most sales go off without a problem. If I had only purchased one CD key (the one which was actually in stock), I'd probably be leaving a very positive review. But this experience has left me quite frustrated, and I do not intend to purchase from this site again.
