I have placed an order on 11 November, and I have purchased a PlayStation +12 month subscription, after purchasing it and paying the amount I received a message that the product was still not available. One day afterwards, I receive a message that the product is now available and I go to the website to claim it and find out that the code is incorrect or invalid. After contacting the customer service. I receive a email requesting a few screenshots from me which I did provide, and even a video that I sent extra just to make things go smoothly. Two days later, I still did not receive a response from the service employees and I have just received an email from CJS-CD Keys to give an honest review. I have wrote them an email yesterday asking if they are willing to resolve my issue before I write an honest review and I'd still did not receive a response and I feel like I am left with no other option than to share my story with potential customers that might consider purchasing from this website. I am completely disappointed about how my issue has been dealt with and about the lack of assistance and responsiveness from the service team. I highly recommend you to stay away from this website and not to purchase anything from them cause in case you need their help they will not be there for you if there is an issue
