They mis sold and then after accepting fault and saying I would receive an expediated refund, a week later when chased said, actually they would only refund me after they con someone else into buying the same mis sold product??? and no time frame on that. Disgraceful mis selling but even worse when the company dont stick to their own work when you contact their support team. I instead went to PayPal and got a full refund from them. I won't user CJS ever again and will warn others of their terrible customer service and deceptive selling (they haven't even updated the listing so still trying to con people)
