Bought a preorder game 3 weeks before so I could have it reserved however on release date they said keys are out of stock and ruined my valentines day as been waiting for their reply which meant to be UP TO 12h and they replied after a day. Thing is they had these keys but for as twice as much now and finally they REFUNDED me into THEIR WEBSITE BALANCE lol as they couldn't fulfil my order. These guys are a joke. Opened case with PayPal and got instant refund without even waiting for a review so don't be shy and try yourself.
