I ordered a key but wasn't able to use it on Steam as advertised. The message said the key was already claimed by another account. I reached out to customer service and provided them with the requested screen shots. It's been 5hrs and I have yet to recieve a response despite them immediately responding to ask for the screenshots. This is my first time ordering from them and I am beyond frustrated. I trusted trust pilot, and gave them a chance. But I can't recommend them given the situation. If they do resolve the situation I will update this review. But if you are not familiar with them, I'd recommend humble bundle, or a 3rd party site with good customer service.
