I bought a "Gears 5 CD Key For Steam" (order #3471473) and they sent me a link to a shady page from another domain that asked me to enter my Steam credentials (!!!!!). Of course, I refused and asked their support to either send me the right product (the CD Key I bought), or to refund. They denied both. We went back and forth (I have the full conversation) and while they admitted that what they sent me was not what I bought, they STILL refused to refund me. I warned them, waited 3 days and started a PP dispute that's still ongoing. I'm yet to get a reply/resolution from them, it's like they're hiding their head in the sand and waiting for this to blow over. So I'll use that time to tell everyone to not fall for their bait and switch.
