Totally disappointed ! ! This last time was worse than the previous: I bought the Xbox_Game_pass_ULTIMATE_12 month_PRELOADED_ACCOUNT_liz key on Autokey around 9 days ago, it didn't work, so I asked for help, and they sent me some instructions which I followed step by step (believed it ! Because they -in another e-mail- told me: "I saw you did it") but it didn't work either. The last e-mail (5-6 days ago) says that they agree with my issue and were sending all captures and comments to their provider for them to double-check and process a refund or exchange in TWO days maximum. Well, at this time I've written twice and no response yet, the same "attitude" that they took in the order before (year 2023 for an AVG software) when I lost my money for the first time with them (because the key was INVALID -fool of me) who formerly have another "aptitude". ADVICE: -DON'T buy second hand activated software (cracker, checkered, etc.) / DON'T buy software that needs VPN for activation / Some CODE Keys last less time that they should.... It really is a shame to lose what for some time was a right business, they won't get my money anymore ! ! !
