Purchased a key that wouldn't work so I requested a refund since it wouldn't work and I'd already found a replacement. Have been waiting since the 9th of June. First I was told they could arrange a refund then I'm told its been put back up and when someone else buys it then I can get a refund... I don't even have the code they do so why the hell is it so hard to get my money back!?
